We leave PA for OK in a less than a week.
This upcoming move has me all nostalgic, going through photos from the last year,
remembering the wonderful memories we made in beautiful PA.
This was our first morning waking up in PA :). The kids were so exhausted from the 2 day road trip.
When we arrived at our apartment, we weren’t sure what to expect.
We were in a big line of apartments facing a stadium, with a park on one side, a baseball diamond on the other
and a huge field in the middle. We soon found out that our “front yard” was rarely empty.
Come rain or shine or 3 feet of snow, there was always something to do and usually someone to do it with!
We did get out often, enjoying both the PA nature and cities.
We visited Philadelphia (AMAZING trip), attended plenty of fairs and festivals, visited all of the bookstores and libraries we could find, and we even went bird watching a few times.
The most special times here were the routines – morning time, bus stops, playing on the porch and on the field.
When I think back on our time here, those are the moments I will cherish the most.
